And when it comes to exercise, I joined my community’s Rec Center…and it got me covered! With a variety of exercise programs available, I enrolled in everything from yoga and Pilates to Zumba and cardio classes. I bet your community has lots of programs for you to get moving and stay active. Taking care of our bodies helps us feel more confident and energized.
